It has advised users to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually where appropriate, which has left users frustrated. Sizing System Updates Previously, the measurements included one number and one letter, such as S/8 or M/10. The updated approach includes a letter and a range like S/UK 8-10. With some products, the sizing has been recategorised - for example a size L was formerly size 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18. Member Experiences One content creator, who creates plus-size fashion videos, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling". "Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," as the platform currently indicates. Stephanie Gallen, located in Scotland, stated items she posted with size 14 tags were displaying on the service as measurements 20-22. "Should someone sized 20-22 purchase these they will likely be quite upset," she explained. Required Changes A different user, located in England, said she had been left angered due to the update requiring manual adjustment the sizing for "all her products". "Personally, this is quite irritating, because of my ongoing medical condition and selling on Vinted has been paramount for me since losing part of my income," she said.
